We offer fixed prices based on the requirements for the project. Milestone based payment plans are set prior to the development phase. The final payment is due upon the project completion and approval.

You are eligible for a refund if the software we hand over is defective and if the software has incorrect functionality from the stipulated software requirements. We do not offer refunds on completed work that has been accepted by clients.

Cancelations can be requested and processed however, you will not be eligible for refunds for work that has already been completed, an all outstanding payments for completed work must be paid before we can terminate the contract.

Refunds are processed within 3 working days from their submission date and the proof of payment is forwarded accordingly
